摘要
高等医学院校的教学医院是临床教学的重要基地,教学医院的教师是临床教学过程中的主角。随着教师资格认定工作的实施,高校教师通过规范和系统的培训取得教师资格,而教学医院教师目前还没有经历这一过程。文章通过分析目前教学医院师资队伍建设的重要性和必要性,就如何采取有效措施,对教学医院教师进行规范的培训,提高他们的教学能力和教学水平,从而不断提高临床教学质量进行探讨。
Teaching hospitals are significanl clinical leaching bases of medical colleges and universities and the leaching staff in lhese hospitals plays a leading role in clinical leaching. Wilh the implementation of leachers＇ qualification accreditation, teachers in institutions of higher learning have taken normalized and systematic training and have been grained leaching qualification. However, the leaching staff in leaching hospitals has not experienced this process. This paper gives an analysis of the significance and necessities in the building of leaching staff in leaching hospitals and discusses how to take effective measures to provide standardized training for the leaching staff in order to enhance their leaching competence and performance, thus improving the clinical leaching quality.
