摘要
建立了一种简便、快速测定血液中微量甘草酸含量的ＨＰＬＣ法。小鼠静注０．２％甘草酸５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，其药时曲线符合二室模型，β相ｔ１／２＝５５．１ｍｉｎ，Ｃｌ＝０．００３５Ｌ／（ｋｇ·ｍｉｎ），Ｖｄ＝０．１９１３Ｌ／ｋｇ。
A reversed phase HPLC method was developed for determining trace glycyrrhizin in blood. After 0.2% glycyrrhizin(50 mg/kg) was intravenously given to mice, the concentration time curve of glycyrrhizin in plasma corresponded with the two compartment model; t β1/2 was 55.1 min, Cl 0.0035 L/(kg·min) and V d 0.1913 L/kg.
