摘要
目的探讨原发性甲状腺机能减退症(甲减)患者激素替代治疗前后血清酶的变化。方法回顾分析66例甲减患者激素治疗前、后血清酶检测资料。结果治疗前肌酸激酶及其同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶明显升高,治疗后甲状腺功能基本恢复正常,血清酶水平也显著下降。结论甲减患者通常存在血清酶水平的升高,经甲状腺激素替代治疗后,血清酶水平也随之下降。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum enzymes in patients with primary hypothyroidism after treatment with thyroid hormone. Methods The serum levels of enzymes in 66 patients with primary hypothyroidism were reviewed and compared before and after substitutional treatment with thyroid hormone. Results The creatine kinase（CK）, creatine kinase isoenzyme MB （CK-MB）, lactic dehydrogenase（LDH） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） in patients with primary hypothyroidism were significantly higher before treatment. After substitutional treatment with thyroid hormone, the serum enzymes levels decreased significantly with the normalization of the thyroid function.Conclusion The increase of serum enzymes is a usual character in patients with primary hypothyroidism,which is reduced after substitutional treatment with thyroid hormone associated with the improvement of thyroid function.
