摘要
校友资源是学校教育资源的延伸和补充,在我国,一些高校尤其是重点高校已经开始开发和利用这一资源,并积累了大量经验,而地方院校在这方面还明显的不足,在开发利用校友资源上,主要是注重校友的物质资源而忽视了精神资源和信息资源,如何充分利用校友资源促进大学生成才尚显阙如。实际上,校友资源在大学生整个成才过程中可以也应当扮演重要的角色,高等学校尤其是地方院校应当充分挖掘校友资源,依托校友资源促进大学生成才。
Alumnus resource is the extent and supplement of university education resources. In our country, a few colleges and universities, especially the important ones have already begun to develop and make use of this resource, and accumulated a- mount of valuable experience. But, local universities axe lack of this. Besides, about developing and making use of alumnus re- source, they attach importance to alumnus＇ material resources, iqnere spirit and information resources. In fact, alumnus resource can and ought to act as important role in the entire process of university education. Institution of higher especially local and colleges ought to excavate alumnus resource, to rely on alumnus resource sufficiently to promote the college students becoming a useful person.
