摘要
本文把课堂言语交际中教师为特定教学目的而引入的内容称为“教师引入内容”,文章分析了教师引入内容的主要出现形式,即例句、引入语境和语言活动。重点探讨了教师如何选择和设计引入内容,指出理想的教师引入内容应具体真实,能产生信息差和引起交际动机,具有合适的认知负荷和正面的情感因素,还应能够引发更加丰富和深入的课堂互动。
This paper defines ‘teacher initiated content’(TIC) as the content discussed and mentioned in classroom communication which is planned and initiated by the teacher for a specific teaching aim, and analyzes its main categories including the model sentences, the supporting context and language activities. It discusses how the teacher designs and selects TIC for facilitating the students’ language acquisition. The author asserts that the ideal TIC should: 1) have concrete, authentic and relevant information; 2) create an information gap and communication motive; 3) carry appropriate cognitive burden and positive affective elements; and 4) lead to much more diversified and effective classroom interactions.
