恢复性司法之实践模式 被引量：4

摘要 恢复性司法是近年来理论界和司法实务部门研究和探索的热点话题。世界各国在实践中形成了各具特色的恢复性司法模式。大致有会议模式、圈型模式、调解模式、和解模式、社区服务模式、恢复性羁押模式等等。由于这些模式可以为我国恢复性司法实践提供点滴借鉴,因此分而详述。
