摘要
在高等教育日益大众化的今天,随着贫困大学生毕业人数的增多和就业形势的进一步严峻化,贫困大学生就业已成为高校毕业生就业工作中的重要组成部分。分析了实现贫困大学生充分就业的意义,通过对当前影响贫困大学生顺利就业的因素进行梳理归纳,提出了解决贫困大学生就业的对策建议。
Today when obtaining employment is becoming more and more serious, poverty college students get even worse in obtaining employment because of subjective and objective factors. Helping poverty college students to obtain employment successfully has become the important and difficult part of the work of obtaining employment in colleges and universities. The effective ways of resolving the problem are as follows ： our country should create better obtaining employment environment and guarantee system for poverty graduates ; colleges and universities should provide policy support and guide of taking up occupation for them ; the idea of the poverty college students in obtaining employment should be helped to change and their ability of obtaining employment should be raised.
