摘要
近年来,大学生就业难日益成为社会广泛关注的热门话题。贫困艺术类大学生作为一个特殊群体其就业难问题也引发起人们的思考。本文尝试探讨艺术类院校贫困生就业难问题,全面分析其就业难问题的成因,并在此基础上提出解决艺术类贫困生就业难的应对措施。
Recently, the problem of college students hard to get jobs has become one that catches the eyes of people increasingly and is discussed widely in society. Poor students in arts as a special group among college students seems harder to get jobs also cause people thinking. This paper attempts to evaluate the status of poor students hard to get jobs and analyses its causes based on which we suggest some measures for poor artistic students to be employed.
