摘要
将薄荷醇与琥珀酸酐按一定比例溶于氯仿中,在4-DMAP的催化下,50℃反应下12h。反应产物用饱和NaCl水溶液洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,浓缩后过硅胶柱层析纯化得到纯品。测定其熔点为61-63℃,经红外光谱、质谱鉴定,证明产物为单琥珀酸薄荷酯。研究为单琥珀酸薄荷酯的合成提供了一种新方法。
Dissolved in chloroform in proportion and catalyzed by 4-DMAP, menthol reacted with 4-DMA at 50℃ for 12 h. Mixture was washed with saturated NaCl solution, dried with anhydrous bitter salt and then concentrated. Monomenthyl Succinate was obtained when condensate was purified with silica gel chromatography. It's melting point is 61-63℃. Monomenthyl Succinate was proved by infrared spectrum and MS. New method for synthesis of Monomenthyl Succinate is provided by this research.
