摘要
为了保证切边圆盘剪重叠量调整精度的可靠实现,通过对切边圆盘剪重叠量调整机构原理分析及控制数学模型的推导,对偏心套的设计精度、制造工艺要领、装配方法、独特的传动机构及电气控制等方面进行了详细阐述,保证了高精度切边圆盘剪重叠量精度的可靠实现。该切边圆盘剪已在国内几个主要大型钢铁企业成功推广应用了六套。
To guarantee the implementation of the adjustment precision of the overlap in the trimming disk shear, an analysis of the principle of the mechanism and the derivation of the mathematical control model have been made, through which the design precision of eccentric sleeve, essentials of the fabrication technology, assembly method, unique drives and electric control system, etc. have been set forth in detail. This guarantees a reliable implementation of acquiring a high precise overlap in the machine. Six sets of this trimming disk shear have been used successively in the large- scale steel works in China.
