介绍了冷轧切边重卷机组改造中，新设计切边圆盘剪及碎边剪的设备组成、主要技术参数及设计结构特点．设备的技术性能在实际生产中得到了发挥运用。
The mechanical composition of newly designed side trimmer and chopper in transform to cold rolling recoiler line, and of main technical data and features in designing structure are introduced. The techological performance of equipment has well applied to production.
