摘要
介绍了分别以H2SO4和KOH作催化剂,米糠毛油与甲醇两步反应生产生物柴油的工艺。结果表明,酯化的最优条件为:醇油摩尔比13.5:1,硫酸5.52%(油重),温度65℃,反应时间2h;酯交换的最优条件为:醇油摩尔比6:1,KOH1%(油重),温度55—65℃,反应时间90min,生物柴油转化率达99.3%。
Using H2SO4 and KOH as catalyst, crude rice bran oil and methanol were used to produce biodiesel. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions of esterification were: molar ratio of methanol to oil 13.5:1 ,H2SO4 dosage 5.52% ( based on oil weight) ,reaction temperature 65 ℃ ,reaction time 2 h;the optimum reaction conditions of transesterification were: molar ratio of methanol to oil 6:1, KOH dosage 1% (based on oil weight), reaction temperature 55 - 65 ℃, reaction time 90 min. The conversion rate of biodiesel was over 99.3 % under the best conditions.
