摘要
本文是"教育部‘试点项目’总结性评估带来的思考"三部曲之二。人才培养模式改革是教育部批准的中央电大"人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点"项目中的核心内容。本文结合试点项目总结性评估,针对开放教育条件下人才培养模式的改革和创新,试图围绕人才培养的目标(即培养什么人)、人才培养的资源(即用什么培养人)以及人才培养的途径(即怎样培养人)开展比较广泛的研讨,并提出了系列深化、实化和活化的主张。
This paper is the second report of the 'On the Summative Evaluation of the MOE Pilot Program' series. Human talent development is the core of the MOE pilot program-the Reform of Human Talent Training Modes and Open Education. The author puts forward a series of ideas concerning how to maintain and deepen sustainable innovation in human talent development based on feedback from the summative evaluation of the Program, in regard to reform and innovation of human talent training modes, human talent development targets, human talent training resources and means, etc. It is argued that the following measures should be taken in order to cater to the unique features of Open and Distance Education, i.e. setting up scientific and diversified human talent development targets, optimizing curriculums and course resources, improving human talent training plans, and making integrated use of course resources. The author further posits that reasonable training process and means require more effective instructional design and improved teaching practice.
