摘要
阐述测量不确定度定义与来源,及其在实践中的应用形式,按照测量不确定的评定步骤,对如何正确评定测量不确定度以及评定方法提出自己的观点,同时指出评定中的难点及其处理方法。
The present paper describes the definition, origin and form of application of uncertainness of measurement in practice and expresses its own viewpoints about how to assess correctly the uncertainness and the method of assessment and in the meanwhile points out the difficulties and solution in the assessment.
