摘要
本实验采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定藜麦中铅含量,并对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析评定。分析结果表明,标准曲线拟合、检测仪器、标准溶液配制是影响测定结果的主要不确定度来源。综合考虑不确定度来源对测定结果的影响,当称样量为0.500 1 g时,k=2(95%置信度),藜麦中铅含量为0.165 2±0.011 41 mg·kg^(-1)。
The content of lead in quinoa was determined by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in this experiment, and the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed and evaluated. The results of analysis indicated that the fitting of standard curve, the measuring instrument(atomic absorption spectrophotometer) and the preparation of standard solution were the main sources of uncertainty affecting the measurement results. Comprehensively consider the influence of comprehensive uncertainty sources on the determination results, when the sample mass was 0.500 1 g, k=2(confidence of 95%), the lead content was 0.165 2±0.011 41 mg·kg^(-1).
