摘要
目的对3种脑缺血模型大鼠的舌象进行比较,筛选合适的诱发血瘀证生物表征的脑缺血模型。方法选择大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)大鼠模型、双侧颈总动脉(BCCA)结扎大鼠模型、单侧颈总动脉(UCCA)结扎大鼠模型3种脑缺血模型,进行脑缺血后1、3、5、7d不同时间点舌质色度值、舌下脉络显色长短分级记分进行比较。结果脑缺血后3、5dMCAO组、BCCA组与正常组大鼠的舌质色度值比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);脑缺血后3dMCAO组(舌质色度值147.41±13.32)和BCCA组(舌质色度值147.57±14.53)的舌质色度值为组内各时间点最高值,但MCAO组与BCCA组间舌质色度值比较统计学无差异(P>0.05);MCAO组脑缺血后3d大鼠舌下脉络显色长短分级记分均值(1.44±0.08)高于正常组均值(0.56±0.53),统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论在3种脑缺血模型中,大脑中动脉闭塞模型可能为最合适的诱发血瘀证生物表征的脑缺血模型。
Objective To compare 3 tongue manifestations of rat model of cerebral ischemia in order to select the right model of cerebral ischemia for reducing biological exosymptom of blood-stasis syndrome. Methods These models of cerebral ischemia were selected, including the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO, group 1 ), model of bilateral common carotid artery ( BCCA, group 2) and model of unilateral common carotid artery ligation ( UCCA, group 3 ), and then the chroma value of tongue texture and scores of hypoglossis vein length were compared at different time points after cerebral ischemia (on 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th and 7^th day). Results There was a statistical difference (P 〈 0.05 ) in the chroma value of tongue texture among group 1, group 2 and normal group 3 or 5 days after cerebral ischemia. The chroma value of tongue texture of group 1 ( 147.41 ± 13.32) and group 2 ( 147.57 ± 14. 53 ) reached the highest point at different time points within the group 3 days after cerebral ischemia, but there was no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05 ) : The mean value of scores of hypoglossis vein length in group 1 (1.44 ± 0.08) was higher then that of the normal group (0.56 ± 0.53 ) 3 days after cerebral ischemia with a statistical difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Among 3 models of cerebral ischemia MCAO model may be the most appropriate model of cerebral ischemia for inducing biological exosymptom of blood-stasis syndrome.
