摘要
商业零售企业如何实现内在成长?若从一个商业零售店产生与发展的历史过程来进行经验分析,可以发现,商人经商经验和专有知识的积淀过程,就是企业方便交易、促进交易的各种"交易设置"的产生与沿革过程;有关交易设置的技艺与经验成为系统化知识与操作范式的过程:如企业导入CIS,就是企业自我能力提升以及自我内在成长的过程;这种系统化的交易设置,既可使企业获得在消费需求约束的可能性边界内达到最大化的直接效应,还可使企业获得内在成长与外部扩张的间接效应。
How do retailers achieve internal growth? From the viewpoint of retailers' development cycle, it is found that business experience and know - how accumulation consists of the generation and evolvement process of transaction configuration that facilitates and promotes transactions. The techniques and experiences of transaction configuration entail systematic knowledge and normative processes, for example, the intreduetion of CIS denotes self enhancement and internal growth of a firm. This systematic transaction configuration can make finns obtain the indirect effect of internal growth and external expansion as well as the maximum of direct effect within the consumption demand constraint boundary.
