摘要 热休克蛋白是生物进化过程中一类高度保守的蛋白质,具有提高细胞对应激的耐受性,维护细胞自身稳定和保护细胞免受损伤等重要生物学功能。近年来,随着人们在分子细胞水平对胃黏膜保护作用的深入研究,热休克蛋白在胃黏膜屏障中的保护作用日益受到人们的重视。文章就热休克蛋白的生物学功能及其与胃黏膜保护的研究现状进行综述。 Heat shock protein (HSP) is a kind of protein with high conservation in the organic evolutionary process, which has many important biological functions including promoting the cell tolerance to stress, maintaining cell homeostasis, protecting cell from injury and so on. With the further study of gastric mucosal protection in molecular and cell level in recent years, protective effect of heat shock protein in gastric membrane barrier is attracting more attention from people. This article reviews biological function of heat shock protein and current study situation about its relationship with gastric membrane protection.
