不同热休克蛋白的比较及其与中医药的关系 被引量:1

摘要 热休克蛋白(Heat Shock Protein,HSP)是一组具有重要生理功能,高度保守的蛋白质分子家族。生理、病理及环境因素等都可诱导热休克蛋白产生,故又称为应激蛋白(Stress Protein)。根据分子量大小和同源程度,HSPs可分为HSP110、HSP90、HSP70、HSP60、小分子HSP(sHSP)5个主要的家族。目前对HSP90、HSP70研究最多,而对HSP110研究较少。HSPs有许多共同点,但各个HSP家族都有独特的结构和功能。HSPs对机体具有保护性,故设法寻找一种没有毒副作用的HSPs诱导剂或方法,已成为国内外研究的活跃领域。中医中的针灸和中药能影响HSPs的表达,就HSPs的结构功能及其和中医药的关系做一综述。 Heat shock protein is a group of highly conserved protein molecules family who has important physiological functions. Physiology, pathology and environmental factors can be induced by heat shock protein production, it is also known as stress proteins. According to molecular size and degree of homology, HSPs can be divided into HSPll0, HSI:90, HSPT0, HSIYo0, small molecular HSP family of five major. Current,We studied HSPg0, HSPT0 most, but few on the HSPll0. HSPs have much in common, but each HSP family has a unique structure and function. HSPs can pro- tect the body , so try to find a no toxic side effects of HSPs induction agent or method has become an active area of ro- search at home and abroad. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine can affect the expression of HSPs. We make a review about the structure,function of the HSPs and the relationship with Chinese medicine.
