全髋关节置换后聚乙烯磨损 被引量:7

摘要 聚乙烯磨损引起人工关节远期无菌性松动极大地影响着全髋关节置换术后髋假体寿命及患者满意度。越来越多研究表明,通过各种机制产生的诸多磨损颗粒可影响聚乙烯磨损率。计算机辅助数码图像边缘检测技术、立体摄影测量技术等各种测量方法层出不穷;髋臼方位角与聚乙烯磨损关系密切;计算机导航精确置入髋臼假体,大大降低了磨损率。该文就全髋关节置换后聚乙烯磨损机制、影像测量方法及磨损与髋臼方位角的关系的研究进展作一综述。
