摘要
借助X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征,利用CuSO4.5H2O和NaOH为主要原料,考察了作为还原剂的多元醇种类、多元醇的量、水热反应温度、NaOH的量等条件对产物铜的形貌的影响。结果表明:在所研究范围内,要得到具有微纳结构的叶状铜的水热制备条件是:D-山梨醇作还原剂,醇与Cu2+的摩尔比不超过1/2,水热温度为180℃,NaOH的量不影响叶状铜的形成。
Via to the XRD and SEM, different morphologies of copper were fabricated under various hydrothermal conditions such as types of polyols used as reductives, amount of polyols, hydrothermal temperature, and amount of NaOH, with CuSO4 · 5H2O and NaOH as main reaction sources. As a result, within the conditions studied the hydrothermal conditions to obtain micro/nano structure leaflike copper were D-sorbitol as reductive, molar ratio of polyol to Cu^2+ equals to or less than 1/2, hydrothermal temperature 180℃, and no effect of amount of NaOH.
