摘要
研究了以CuSO4为原料、以KBH4为还原剂,在液相中还原制备纳米铜粉的实验方法。主要讨论了KBH4与CuSO4的反应过程,以及络合剂EDTA、分散剂PVP、表面修饰剂SMA对反应过程和产物的影响。最终两条反应路线都得到了分散性好的铜粉,平均粒径分别为28.4 nm和40 nm。
A simple method for preparation of nanocrystalline copper powders through reduction of copper sulfate by potassium borohydride in aqueous solution is described. The reduction process was studied in detail, and the parameters that influence the properties of the copper powders, such as effect of added complexing agent EDTA, the protective polymer PVP and surface modification agent SMA, were also investigated. Well-dispersed nanocrystalline copper powders were obtained, with average diameters of 28.4 nm and 40 nm depending on the conditions employed.
