摘要
图书馆作为文化事业机构,构建读者服务系统,高效、优质地为广大读者提供服务,最大限度地满足读者对图书馆信息的需求,始终是图书馆的重要问题。本文引进商业服务的理念阐述图书馆服务系统的意义、含义、特征及其对策。
As a cultural institute,there is a definite tendency for the library to set up a service system for readers,supplying with efficient service with high quality and to meet the increasingly growing need for information from library.This thesis is to explain the definition on library service system its characteristics and some solutions.
