丹参注射液对吸烟致大鼠肺气肿模型肺内VEGF表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察丹参注射液对吸烟致大鼠肺气肿模型肺内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:建立吸烟致大鼠肺气肿模型,观察丹参注射液对肺气肿大鼠血清、肺组织匀浆中VEGF含量及肺组织内VEGF表达的影响。结果:丹参注射液可减轻吸烟致肺气肿大鼠模型血清及肺组织匀浆中VEGF含量的降低,增强肺泡上皮细胞、支气管上皮细胞中VECF的表达。结论:丹参注射液可能通过调节VEGF的表达而阻抑吸烟致肺气肿的发生。 Objective:To observe the effect of Salvia Mihiorrhiza Injection(SMI)on vascular en- dothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression in lung of rats with emphysema induced by smoking. Methods:Smoking-induced emphysema rat model was established.The effect of SMI on VEGF content in the serum and lung homogenate as well as VEGF expression in lung of rats with emphyse- ma was observed.Results:SMI reduced the VEGF content in the serum and lung homogenate,and increased the VEGF expression in alveolar and bronchial epithelial ceils of emphysema rats.Con- clusion:SM1 inhibits the progress of smoking-induced emphysema probably by regulating the VEGF expression.
