摘要
用案例讨论了工程总承包模式同样适用于小型单一工程项目,作为项目管理的主体,业主通过咨询实现对总承包的管理,而不会因项目管理的委托和项目的总承包,即放弃对项目的控制和管理。从利润最大化角度出发,总承包商很难从业主的角度对总承包进行费用管理。
The paper discusses that general contract management mode also applies to small and single project. As the main part of management, owner manages general contract by sonsuhation and will not abandon right of control or management due to project commission and general contract. According to profit maximization, general contractor could have the cost management from the viewpoint of owner hardly.
