New “Si-Dong culture” shows the history cultural characteristic of Huizhou more completely, casting the city spirit of Huizhou more accurately,provides a integrated set of core cultural values of Huizhou in constructing the national civilization city. It is advanta- geous to set up the city image of Huizhou, and to promote the cultural soft strenght of Huizhou to a great extent.
