摘要
以惠州西湖风景名胜区和其紧密联系的城市之间的关系作为焦点,以保护和发展为主题,提出具有城市型、湖山类、人文性特色的风景区规划的若干策略。本文认为对于该类风景区,城市资源共享、城市建设控制与引导、历史传承以及生态保护等是实现可持续发展的重要保障。并期望借惠州西湖的规划策略为其它类似风景区的保护与发展规划提供借鉴。
This Paper will focus on the close relationship between Westlake Scenery and Attraction Zone and Huizhou City and the theme of this Paper is preservation and development. This Paper will suggest some strategies for developing a scenery and attraction zone which should constitute city-type and humanized characters with lakes and mountains. It will point out that mutual sharing of urban resources, control and guidance for city construction, history inheritance and ecological protection are the essentials for ensuring sustainable development of this kind of scenery zone. Moreover, this Paper will take the planning strategies of Westlake as the reference and precedent for the preservation and development planning of other similar scenery zones.
