摘要
采用天然手性中心多糖类手性反相色谱固定相填料,高氯酸钠水溶液和乙腈为流动相,在不同的流动相比例下拆分了手性药物坦索罗辛.研究了该化合物在不同条件下色谱参数变化的规律,包括保留时间、分离度、塔板数、半峰宽度、对称度等.得到了较好的拆分该手性化合物的色谱条件.
Using a natural polysaccharide-derived loading material as chiral stationary phase,sodium perchlorate solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase, racemic tamsulosin hydrochloride was separated by adjusting different proportion of mobile phase. The HPLC parameters of this compound, including retention time, degree of separation,number of plates, half peak breadth, degree of symmetry was studied in the different condition. The excellent condition of separation racemic tamsulosin hydrochloride was obtained.
