摘要
研究了基于推广的L-M法的数控机床的可靠性评价,提出了利用两个指定置信度下的下限折合方法。对数控机床的各个子系统进行了可靠性评价,可以很清楚地看出各子系统的置信下限相对于可靠度真值的离散程度。
Promotion L-M method is an important means to estimate the reliability of CNC lathes. The method of using two named confidence limits to estimate was put forward. Fitting results of the sub-systems of the CNC machine tools was estimated. Scattered level of confidence limits facing reliability matrix of sub-systems can be clearly seen.
