摘要
通过大量的试验数据分析了试样的公差尺寸对拉伸试验结果的影响。统计分析结果表明:试样尺寸波动对屈服强度的影响为10MPa。随机抽样与整炉性能的平均值之间的离散程度是比较小的,约为1%,采用标称面积计算屈服点与抗拉强度时绝对偏差约为1.5%。
The influence of samples' difference diameters on the tensile test result has been analyzed by means of testing datas. Statistic results show the influence of samples' diameter variation on yield strength is 10MPa. Divergence factor between average values of random sampling and whole chamber's proprerty is about 1% .The absolute difference is 1.5%when calculating divergence point and tensile strength by means of nominal area.
