摘要 工艺系统的变形是引起工件加工误差的主要原因。本文首先分析了工件加工时的主要误差来源,分别从机床、刀具、夹具和工件变形分析四个方面全面地阐述了目前国内外关于工艺系统变形分析的研究现状,并总结了国内外常用的工件加工精度控制措施。 Technologic system deformation is a key problem influencing the machining precision of workpiece. The primary error factors when machining the workpiece were analyzed. From four aspects, i. e. machine tool, tool, clamp and workpiece, the research actuality about the deformation analysis of technologic system was expatiated, and the effective precision controlling methods were summarized.
