摘要
采用有限元分析方法,对薄壁件的装夹方案进行了讨论。将工件视为弹性体,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对采用台钳直接装夹和工装装夹中零件产生的变形进行模拟。结果表明,在粗加工阶段,可以不采用工装,但必须留出合适的加工余量,余量的多少可以通过节点最大位移来估算。而在精加工阶段,必须采用工装,以减少工件的受力变形。
The clamping schemes of thin-walled package were discussed on the base of FEM analysis. The workpiece was considered as elastomer, and was deformation when clamped both by bench clamp and fixture was simulated with ANSYS. It was showed that it is not necessary to use fixture at the early stage of machining, but appropriate admittance must be set aside. While at the stage of precise machining stage, a fixture must be used to minimize distortion of the workpiece.
