摘要
介绍了一种基于无线遥测技术的塔吊遥控系统,该系统以MSP430超低功耗l6位微控制器和无线收发芯片nRF905为核心。系统采用软件编码和硬件译码的方式提高了系统的抗干扰能力,系统发射器采用定时扫描、接收器采用无记忆输出控制方式,提高了系统可靠性,该系统可广泛应用于塔吊等一般的工业遥控系统中。
A wireless remote control system for tower crane was presented, based on low-power MSP430 and wireless transceiver nRF905. The anti-interference capability was provided by software coding and hardware decoding. The timer scan and output with memoryless mode of transmitter and receiver were used to provide the reliability of system. The system can be widely applied in many wireless remote control system of industrial situation.
