摘要
结合国内高等学校教学质量评价与监控,从人才培养和全员参与的角度建立教学质量监控体系,使其更科学合理。
This paper puts forward the establishment of a set of evaluating and controlling systems of teaching quality by analyzing the present situation of evaluating and controlling in University,being Compared other high school. We brings forth the idea of evaluating and controlling system from new view of personnel training and entire personnel participation so as to make controlling and supervising system of teaching quality in University more scientific and rational.
