摘要
针对地区电网运行操作特点,将事例推理的方法应用于地区电网操作票专家系统。该系统克服了传统的基于规则推理的专家系统编程复杂、知识库扩展困难等缺点,可以通过添加新事例来方便地完成对知识库的扩展,适应电网发展变化的需要。在采用分层计算电网相似度和各变电站相似度的策略搜寻相似事例时,由于其中考虑了电网拓扑结构的变化,因此提高了出票的准确性。还用基于事例推理的方式设计了操作票综合调度命令的预演和防误功能,实现了模块化预演和防误。该系统适应地区电网特点,减轻了运行人员的工作负担。
According to the characteristics of the region grid,this paper applies the CBR (case-based reasoning) methods on the expert system of dispatching operation order, which can overcome the disadvantages of the traditional RBR (rule-based reasoning) system, such as complicated programming and difficulty to extend the knowledge base, The system can adapt the development of the region grid much better. This paper uses a strategy that calculates the similarity in two steps: first calculating the net similarity and then the substation similarity. Because the structure of the grid is considered, the accuracy of the system gets raised. CBR method is also adopted to design the preview of the order and the error prevention which realizes the modularization preview. The system can adapt the characteristics of the region grid which can lighten the operators' burden.
