密叶新木姜茎、叶挥发油成分比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对密叶新木姜植物中茎和叶的挥发油化学成分进行比较分析,为合理利用药用植物资源提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从密叶新木姜茎和叶中分别提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分别对其中的化学成分进行鉴定,用归一化法确定相对百分含量。结果:分别鉴定了叶中28种和茎中15种化学成分。结论挥发油类化学成分在密叶新木姜不同部位的分布存在差异。 Authors made a comparison and analysis of the chemical components in the essential oils extracted from the stems and leaves of Neolitsea Confertifolia of the plant. In the study, essential o emsi)Merr, in an attempt to work out the basics for screening the effective part were extracted using steam distillation, chemical components identifed using GC-MS technique,and percentage of each component in the essential oils determined using GC technique. 28 compounds were identified from the leaves, and 15 from the stems. It is concluded that leaves and stems are different in the configuration of chemical components.
