摘要
目的研究小过路黄挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取小过路黄挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其进行分离测定,结合计算机检索对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果水蒸气蒸馏提取物得率为0.12%,分别鉴定出61个化学成分。结论小过路黄挥发油成分主要为萜类及倍半萜衍生物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Lysimachia congestiflora Hemal. Methods The volatile oil were obtained by steam distillation . The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents in the volatile oil were determined by area nomalization. Results The extration rates of Lysimachia congestiflora Hemal. was 0.12%, and 61 chemical constituents were separated and identified. Conclusion The main chemical constituents of Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl. were derivant of terpene and sesquiterpenoids.
