摘要
近年来,随着中国经济的发展,餐饮业迎来了较大发展时期,在餐饮业蓬勃发展的同时,其卫生问题仍然突出,作者从我国餐饮业存在的主要食品卫生问题入手,深刻剖析出现上述问题的原因,并提出了相应对策。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the catering industry is now in its booming era.At the same time ,there are still significant problems need to be solved. The author discussed some of the important problems, analyzed the social and corporation factors that cause the problems and provided some solutions accordingly.
