摘要
课题组结合我国卫生监督机构实际情况探讨了在我国研制卫生监督绩效评估体系的必要性,参照管理学相关理论分析了绩效考核组织目标的分解,并结合已有研究提出了卫生监督绩效评估体系的指导原则和初步的研究思路和框架。
Based on the actual situation of the health inspection system in China, we discuss the necessity to study the performance evaluation system of health inspection. Then in the light of relevant management theory, we expound the organizational goals of performance evaluation. In addition, the golden rule and preliminary research framework have been put forward, along with the existing research.
