摘要
本文阐述了先用溶剂CS2萃取微孔多糖止血颗粒中的残余环氧氯丙烷,再用气相色谱法测定其含量的方法。
In this paper ,carbon bisuphide is used as extractor to extract the residual epihalohydrin from microporous polysaccharide hemospheres, then the residual epihalo - hydrin is detected with gas chromatography.
