摘要
目的 对慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系共性模块(QLICD—GM)的结构进行分析。方法根据理论构想及因子分析结果提出量表结构的理论模型,用结构方程模型对其进行验证与评价。结果 整个结构模型的近似误差均方根RMSEA为0.0606,RMSEA90%CI=(0.0569;0.0643),非范拟合指数NNFI为0.941,相对拟合指数CFI为0.947,标准化残差均方根SRMR=0.0693,以上指数显示模型拟合较好。结论结构方程模型分析结果与因子分析及理论构想吻合,说明QLICD—GM可以分为躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能三个领域10个小方面,结构效度较好。
Objective To study the construct of the general module of quality of life instruments for patients with chronic diseases, QLICD-GM. Methods Based on the results of factor analysis and the originally theoretical construct of the instrument, structural equation modeling was used to confirm and evaluate construct of the QLICD-GM. Results Root Mean Square Error of Approximation ( RMSEA ) = 0. 0606, RMSEA 90% CI = (0.0569 ;0. 0643), Non-Normed Fit Index (NNFI) = 0.941, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 0. 947, Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0. 0693. All these indexes proclaimed that the goodness of fit of the model is good. Conclusion The results of structural equation modeling were consistent with that of factor analysis and theoretical construct of the instrument, illustrating that QLICD-GM could be classified into three domains of physical functioning, psychological functioning, social functioning, and 10 facets under the domains with good construct validity.
