摘要
本试验以新疆的向日葵为原料,研究了在普通酸法提取的基础上添加螯合剂六偏磷酸钠提取果胶的条件。试验得出酸解的最优化条件为:提取温度75℃、提取时间65 m in、料液比1∶25、提取液pH值为3.0,此条件下向日葵盘中果胶类物质的提取率为10.06%。
The extracting technology of low methoxyl pectin from the sunflower heads as precipitation were studied. The optimum technology condition which was obtained by the orthogonal design of 1.9(34) factors. The optimal parameters of pectin extracted by acid are : 75℃ ,pH3. 0,65rain,the solid--to--liquid ratio is 1,25. Under which the extraction rate of pectin from Sunflower Heads was be up to 10. 06%.
