摘要
利用甜菜废粕为原料,进行微波萃取果胶的单因素实验和正交实验,实验结果表明微波提取果胶的最佳工艺为:微波功率900W,每次萃取时间为75s,pH为2的盐酸溶液与废粕比例为14∶1(ml∶g),萃取次数为4次,果胶得率为97.63%。
Sweetboot pomace was used as raw material to extract pectin by microwave irradiation with single factor experiments and orthogonal tests. Results showed that the optimum microwave-induced extraction was as follows:the solution of hydrochloric acid pH 2, liquid-to-solid ratio 14∶1(ml∶g),900 W power of microwave, four times radiation with 75 seconds per time. Under these extracting conditions, 97.63 percent of pectin was obtained.
