摘要
目的:探讨Zyoptix波前引导的LASIK治疗近视眼的疗效,并对有虹膜识别波前引导的LASIK、无虹膜识别波前引导的LASIK及普通LASIK进行疗效比较。方法:对216例(384眼)接受Zyoptix波前引导的LASIK的患者其中有虹膜识别161例(291眼)、无虹膜识别5例(93眼)与同期接受普通LASIK患者304例(572眼)进行疗效比较。结果:波前引导的两组与普通LASIK术后偏中心眼数(χ2检验:P<0.01)、夜视力(t检验:P<0.01)均有显著差异。术后视力比最佳矫正视力提高1行的患者,Zyoptix波前引导LASIK的两组110眼(28.6%),普通LASIK为99眼(17.3%),比较有统计学意义(χ2检验:P<0.05)。结论:Zyoptix波前引导的LASIK在矫正视力的同时提高视觉质量。
AIM: To evaluate the clinical results of wavefront-guided laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) surgery in the treatment of myopia. METHODS: In our study, 216 cases (384 eyes) underwent Zyoptix wavefront-guided LASIK, including 161 cases (291 eyes) with iris identification and 55 cases (93 eyes) without iris identification; while 304 cases (572 eyes) underwent conventional LASIK surgery. The clinical results were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The number of eyes which had pupil center shift and night vision were significantly different between Zyoptix wavefront-guided LASIK group and conventional LASIK group (P〈0.01). With regard to patients whose postoperative vision was better (moving up one line) than preoperative best corrected visual acuity, there were 110 eyes (28. 6%) in Zyoptix wavefront-guided LASIK group and there were 99 eyes (17.3%) in conventional LASIK group. There was statistically significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION : Zyoptix wavefront-guided LASIK surgery may improve the visual quality as well as correct the visual acuity.
