摘要
目的探讨大学生自尊与应对方式之间的关系。方法采用修订后的Rosenberg自尊量表和大学生应对方式问卷对215名大学生进行调查。结果1大学生自尊发展整体呈上升趋势。2大学生较多使用消极的应对方式,而较少使用积极的应对方式。3大学生自尊与应对方式的求助、压抑、逃避、幻想、抱怨、退缩、问题解决维度的相关达到极显著。结论大学生自尊的高低对应对方式的采用有很大影响。
Objective To examine the relationship between self-esteem and coping styles of college students. Methods A sample of 215 college students were tested by Rosenherg Self-esteem Scale and College Students Coping Style Inventory. Results (1) Totally, college students' Self-esteem increases gradually from 17 years old to 23 years old. (2)College students prefer to using negative coping styles and less nsing positive coping styles, (3)The correlation is significant between college students' self-esteem and help seeking, oppression, restrain oneself, fantasy, complaining, shrink back. and problem solving. Conclusion The high or low of college students' self-esteem significantly impacts on the use of coping styles.
