摘要
目的总结鼓室成形术对62例慢性化脓性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2007年1月期间于我院就诊的62例慢性化脓性中耳炎的患者的病史资料。所有患者均采取鼓室成形术进行治疗，并获得术后随访1a。结果术后两周，移植物全部存活；术后1a58例鼓膜生长良好，无一例感染复发；术后纯音听力提高30dB以上者41例，占66、13％，提高20～30dB者10例，占16．13％；提高10～20dB者11例，占17．42％。结论鼓室成形术对慢性化脓性中耳炎疗效好。
Objective The aim of this paper was to summarize the treating effect of tympanoplasty on 62 patients with chronic maturated tympanitis, Methods The data of 62 patients with chronic maturated tympanitis in our hospital during January 2005 to January 2007 was ana- lyzed. All patients were treated with the method of tympanoplast, and all of them were checked again after 1 year. Results All implants were survival after being operated 2 weeks. The drums of 58 patients were in good condition after 1 year, There was no infection recrudesced. The number of the patients whose audition was increased above 30dB was 41 cases（66.13% ） ; The patients whose audition was increased between 20 - 30 dB and 10 - 20 dB were 10 and 11 respectively, Conclusion Tympanoplasty was a good methods for the patients with chronic maturated tympanitis.
