摘要
目的探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎的早期手术治疗效果。方法选择病灶局限鼓窦、上鼓室区的45耳行鼓室探查Ⅰ期成形。结果经1～3年随访,修补鼓膜完全成活43耳,成功率为95.56%;2耳再穿孔,占4.44%。32耳听力提高10～15dB,占71.11%;9耳听力提高15～30dB,占20.00%;2耳无提高,占4.44%;2耳听力轻度下降,占4.44%;听力提高总有效率为91.11%;治疗后的听力能力明显好于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论如果适应证掌握得当,早期手术效果满意。
Objective To investigate the early surgical efficacy of chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods Forty-five ears with lesions localized to drum sinus and attic area were selected, and probed the tympanic forming of phase I . Results After 1 - 3 year follow-up, there were 43 ears of completely survived tympanic membrane with a success rate of 95.56%, 2 ears of re-perforation which accounted for 4.44%, There were 32 ears with hearing improvement of 10 ~ 15dB （accounting for 71.11%）, 9 ears with hearing improvement of 15 ~ 30dB （accounting for 20.00%）, 2 ears with no hearing improvement （accounting for 4.44%）, 2 ears with mild hearing loss （accounting for 4.44%）; The total effective rate of hearing improvement was 91.11%, The hearing ability after treatment was much better than that of before treatment （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion If you master the proper indications, the early surgical results are satisfactory.
