摘要
目的研究铅对小鼠神经行为的影响以及锌的拮抗效应。方法将32只雄性小鼠分为3组,即对照组:饮用蒸馏水;铅组:饮用含1 g/L醋酸铅(PbAC2)溶液;铅锌组:饮用含1 g/LPbAC2和1 g/L氯化锌(ZnCl2)等比例混合溶液。6周后,进行学习记忆能力的检测。结果与对照组相比,铅组的学习记忆成绩下降,其差异具有统计学意义。铅锌组与铅组相比,其学习记忆成绩的差异也具有统计学意义。结论铅可以降低小鼠的学习记忆能力,而锌对于铅的毒害具有一定的拮抗效应。
Objective To study effect of lead on neurobehavior of mice and antagonism of zinc. Methods 32 male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups. The mice in the control group drank distilled water. Those in the lead group drunk 1 g/L PbAC2 solution, and those in the lead and zinc group drank solution of equal volume of 1g/l. PbAC2 and 1 g/L ZnCl2 Six weeks later, learning and memory were detected. Results Compared with the control group, the learning and memory of mice in the lead group distinctively lowered and the difference showed statistically significant. Compared the lead and zinc group with the lead group, the difference in learning and memory also showed statistically significant. Conclusions Lead could lower the grades of learning and memory. Zinc has obvious antagonism to adverse effect induced by lead.
