摘要
提出一种新的水轮发电机组控制器设计方法,并将其应用到一个高阶、非最小相位的水轮发电机组中。该方法的主要特点是被控对象的所有稳定控制器均可用一个独立的Q参数来描述。以我国某水电站的真实数据对所设计的控制器进行计算机仿真。仿真结果表明:在系统参数发生变化的情况下,在参考频率和负载发生改变时,提出的控制策略都能保证水轮机调节系统获得鲁棒稳定性和良好的动态性能。
A new controller design method of hydroelectric generating unit is presented and applied in a high-order and non minlmum-phase hydroelectric generating unit. The main characteristic of this method is that the set of all stabilizing controllers can be characterized by a free Q parameter. The digital simulations are performed on the Controller by using the data accessed from an hydropower station in China. Simulation results show that both robust stability and good dynamic performance of the control system in the cases of variation of system parameters and step change of frequency-command and load disturbance can be achieved by using the proposed continller.
