摘要
进修医生在临床学习过程中,也承担了大量的临床工作。鉴于社会中功利主义思想和传统医学教育中人文教育的缺失,进修医生的人文素养有待提高。从思想上重视人文教育,转变现有教学模式;将人文教育与岗前培训相结合;提高教员自身素质,发挥言传身教的作用;营造人文教育的良好氛围,这些措施有助于进修医生人文素养的提高。
Physicians receiving clinical refresher training are fully involved in clinical work during their training. Due to the influence of utilitarianism and lack of humanistic education in conventional education system, the humanistic quality of these physicians needs to be improved. The paper proposes some measures for improving their humanistic quality: emphasizing humanities-based education and changing the current clinical training model, combining humanities-hased education with pre-post training, teaching through personal example and verbal instruction by upgrading teachers'own quality, and creating a sound environment of humanities-based education.
